Refunds are issued only if:
The product did not work on the user's PC
The issue could not be solved after full troubleshooting with support
Refunds will not be provided for:
Customer mistakes
Incompatible Windows builds (24H2 / 25H2)
Users refusing troubleshooting
Improper usage
Features misunderstood by the user
Crashes or bugs:
This does not qualify for refund â open a support ticket and the issue will be fixed.
