Why this happens:
Windows blocks the driver because Secure Boot is enabled in BIOS/UEFI.
How to fix:

Restart your PC

Enter BIOS/UEFI (DEL, F2, or F10)

Locate Secure Boot

Disable Secure Boot

Disable Fast Boot if available

Save & exit

Boot into Windows and try again
Important: If the error remains, Secure Boot is still enabled — double-check the BIOS settings.
